CSS if you are just a beginner and are not very experienced with different coding methods and techniques can be very frustrating to deal with. Actually it can be a PAIN IN THE ASS sometimes. That’s why tutorials and other stuff on the topic is always appreciated. But what is most appreciated are CSS web templates as you won’t need to create CSS from scratch. What you will need to do is just add some graphics to it, change the colors, add content, etc.

The site shares about 12 CSS web templates and the best thing is that they are totally free. Though is just a pure HTML & CSS with no graphics implemented they are still good and useful.
